At MERRACHI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all MERRACHI tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
